Abandoned horse stables, once full of hay and hooves, are now full of peeling paint and creaking doors. The only visitors these days seem to be me and my easel and maybe a fox, hawk, or a coyote or two. There’s real beauty in decay, and a hint that reuse or revival might just be around the corner.
